CATARC: Sound Waves in the Control Loop

Ultrasonic sensors play a significant role in the field of parking assistance systems. CATARC provides a service for validating ultrasonic-based systems using a simulator from dSPACE.

Safety - The Comprehensive View

The integration of ADAS/AD functions in vehicles serves one goal: To ensure and, where possible, increase the safety of all road users. But what needs to be considered in the validation of intelligent systems? Is the consideration of regulations, test scenarios, sensors, and functions sufficient, or does the dynamic behavior of the vehicle also play a decisive role?

Dürr Assembly Products commissions x-road curve in Korea

Dürr Assembly Products has successfully launched and commissioned its innovative x-road curve multi-function test stand for autonomous and partially autonomous vehicles in Korea.

Testing Traction Motor Inverters

Do you want to test inverters for traction motors with real currents – ideally even before the first tests in the real vehicle? Then you should benefit from the many advantages power hardware-in-the-loop (PHIL) simulation has to offer. dSPACE provides a sophisticated, highly scalable system for this purpose, perfectly suited for testing the various power electronics components of an electric vehicle, including the most important one, the traction motor inverter. Learn more about the practical use case on our website.

AUTERA SDI: Optimized Transmission of Camera Raw Data

Do you connect a host of high-resolution cameras to a data logger? With the AUTERA Sensor Data Interface (SDI), you can transfer raw data from up to eight cameras to a data logger or a prototyping system with the option to simultaneously provide the data to an ECU (TAP mode) with low latencies and high data rates. AUTERA SDI flexibly handles camera raw data via exchangeable interface boards and is optimized for in-vehicle use. In addition, the system can also replay recorded data to an ECU at a later stage.

Learning Bit | Video: Modeling Guidelines - A Short Cut to Great Software Quality

Have you ever asked yourself how you can benefit from modeling guidelines? Or what is the best way to check modeling guidelines? In this episode of dSPACE Learning Bits, Carsten Rustemeier, Product Manager of Production Software & SIL Simulation at dSPACE, and Kai Teschner, Product Application Engineer at Model Engineering Solutions, discuss these questions and offer tips on what you can do already on model level to achieve high software quality.

64-Bit Real-Time Linux-Based Operating System for SCALEXIO

As part of our continuous improvement strategy, dSPACE will introduce a 64-bit version of the Linux-based dSPACE real-time operating system for SCALEXIO Processing Units and DS6001 Processor Board with dSPACE Release 2022-A. The improved operating system provides better real-time and computational performance, which is especially relevant for autonomous driving and e-mobility applications.
