DynaFusion is looking for a Sales Assistant, a role that offers reliable support to the Sales Team and helps to improve process efficiency within and beyond the Sales Department of an Organization. We are looking for candidates who have a zeal to contribute and grow in the Sales Domain.

Responsibilities
  1. Update customers’ records in CRM
  2. Coordinating with Sales Team by managing schedules, processing sales relevant documentation, and filing.
  3. Maintain Sales records and report month-end goal setting to the management.
  4. Prepare presentations and supporting documentation to help the sales team generate business leads
  5. Actively participate in essential sales review meetings
  6. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly liaising with customers for their feedback.
Qualification Requirements
Essential Skills
  1. Sc (CS), BBA, Diploma in EE/ME/CS/IT or Diploma in Business Admin or similar.
  2. A master's degree in the relevant domain will be given preference.
  3. Professional level is written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Good in drafting sales proposals, agreements, and other documentation for customers.
  5. 2-4 Years of working experience with corporate companies.
  6. Excellent attention to detail.
  7. In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote.
  8. Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed, particularly through presentations.
  9. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to competing demands.

Job Description
  1. Generate new sales leads and pursue the business opportunities that arise from them.
  2. Develop our existing market presence and reputation.
  3. Be proficient in discussing and understanding customer’s detailed technical requirements.
  4. Work closely with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and critical business issues and develop opportunities from these.
  5. Deliver sales presentations that promote the features and benefits of our product range.
  6. Coordinate the preparation of detailed proposals with our engineers to ensure the customer has the correct solution.
  7. Optimize sales of dSPACE’s products and services in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial markets.
  8. A desire to enter into a customer-facing role i.e. sales environment
  9. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  10. Self-motivation, initiative, and a high drive to succeed.
Qualification
  1. Bachelor of Engineering (Minimum) – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation
  2. Experience: 2-6yrs

  4. Desired experience in technologies such as CAN, LIN, Rapid Prototyping, Hardware-in-Loop, Calibration, Automotive Ethernet, MATLAB®/Simulink®

Roles and responsibilities:
  1. Address customer's queries from a product perspective.
  2. Understand the complex issue reported by the customer, analyze and report it in the reporting system
  3. Resolve support issues with a focus on root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
  4. Work closely with team members and support them to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  5. Keep technical skills and product knowledge up to date through self-efforts and internal training.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
  7. Support and Mentor his junior colleague as an when assigned.
  8. Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning
  9. Travel to the customer site
Qualification & Skills:
  1. Minimum Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation
  2. Should have 2-4 yrs. of experience in technologies such as CAN, LIN, Rapid Prototyping, Hardware-in-the-Loop, Calibration, Automotive Ethernet, MATLAB®/Simulink®, Automatic Code Generation
  3. Domain knowledge in either one of the below topics
    • Mechatronics
    • Drives
    • Automotive Electronics
  4. Technical knowledge of dSPACE products and technologies.
  5. Should Possess Complex problem-solving skills
